    Hello! My name is Sabina and I'm the designer and seamstress behind the seams of Hello Cleo. I'm a sucker for bold prints and bright colours so when I make a piece of clothing I aim to make it stand out in your wardrobe!

I believe clothes should last a life time and put a lot of care into the making of everything Hello Cleo.
Where possible I use natural fibres and sustainable dyes. I finish off the seams inside of the clothes I make with a serger so that the clothes can be washed and last as everyday clothes. I strongly believe that slowfashion is the way forward and try my best to waste as little as possible during my making process.

Please note that all delivery charges covers First Class postage with Royal Mail. If you would like your purchase to be tracked or sent express, please contact me before purchase so I can adjust the cost of postage.

If you are expecting a custom made order, please allow 7-9 working days for the make and finishing touches of it.
As soon as your order is ready I will dispatch it and you should receive a dispatch note from Etsy to your email address.

I am more than happy to ship orders to any country in the world. Please contact me via Etsy message if you would like a custom listing.

All items are handmade by me in Bristol, England, United Kingdom.
If you have requested a custom order and provided the measurements HelloCleoUk can not be responsible for the measurements not being correct when you've supplied them.

I would prefer it that you do not cancel your order but I can accept a cancellation of an order within 24 hours of purchase, please contact the shop and note that the transfer will take at least 48 hours to process. Postage fees will not be refunded.
